  1. Step 1: Toss beef with paprika and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan, cook beef in batches until browned. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: Sauté onion until golden. Add mushrooms, cook until browned. Stir in stock and Worcestershire, simmer gently. Add sour cream, return beef, cook 1–2 mins more. Steam green beans separately until tender.
  3. Step 3: Plate the beef mix and beans. Sprinkle chives. Serve with toast like a boss.
