All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in the Philippines. Variations in shape, color, or scent are completely normal — they’re the personal touch of the local makers, not flaws.
We don’t make them ourselves — we work with trusted creators to bring these beautiful products to you.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We accept GCash and credit/debit cards via Stripe. Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery & Pickup
We proudly deliver anywhere across the Philippines — from Luzon to Mindanao, your handcrafted treasures are on their way. Delivery fees vary based on your region and the weight of your order. Exact charges will be communicated before dispatch, so you’ll know what to expect—no hidden fees, no surprises. Payment for delivery must be completed via GCash prior to shipment.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare and food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days with proof (photos, description). We’ll make it right.
5. Ingredient Awareness
Our ingredients are natural and carefully selected, but all skin types are different. Please review the ingredient list and patch-test before use. A&J is not liable for reactions due to allergies or misuse.
6. Our Content = Our Craft
All photos, logos, recipes, and written content belong to A&J Personal Collections. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute anything without our permission. Ask first — we’re friendly.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they’re already in motion and can’t be changed or refunded unless there's a valid issue.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate. When we do, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our site = agreement to the latest terms.
